Job Description: Recruitment Software Sales Executive
Start Date: October 2007 – Now Filled
Base Salary: up to £35,000
OTE: up to £100,000
TriSys is now looking for a very high calibre recruitment software sales executive to increase TriSys sales into all types of recruitment organizations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be very well presented with a full, clean driving license and be willing to travel to prospective customer sites on a regular basis, as well as having the opportunity to work from home to conduct remote demonstrations and other administrative sales activities. The job will be successfully carried out by conducting and coordinating telemarketing, building good relationships with both customers and the TriSys development, IT, delivery and support teams, and finally, closing over £50,000 of new business per month.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling recruitment software systems to the UK recruitment agency marketplace, and will have a thorough working knowledge of industry leading products as well as the worldwide CRM marketplace. The candidate will also be highly ambitious and have the potential and ability to attain director status at TriSys.
The responsibilities of the position include:
· Managing telemarketing campaigns
· Following up suitable leads
· Delegation of certain sales activities to a junior sales executive
· Conducting on-line and on-site demonstrations
· Building customer relationships with prospects
· Preparing suitable sales literature
· Organising trade shows and exhibitions
· Reporting of sales and order pipelines to CEO
· Attending sales related events
· Use of TriSys CRM system to coordinate and record all sales activities
· Requirements for the position are:
· Proven track record in recruitment software sales
· Highly presentable
· Competent presentation and communication skills
· Knowledge of recruitment industry and IT industry dynamics
