TriSys is a feature-rich recruitment software database application which provides state-of-theart Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to recruitment professionals. Technologies

TriSys is a Microsoft Windows application comprising a user interface suite of programs and a collection of COM and .Net components (date handling, grids etc..). The database server can be deployed on any version of Microsoft SQL Server. TriSys runs on professional and server versions of Microsoft Windows, operating system (NT, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008). TriSys is completely compatible with thin-client delivery models e.g. Terminal Services &/or Citrix Metaframe. TriSys does not require additional software servers to operate - all that is required is a reliable SQL Server. TriSys utilizes SQL Server native free text retrieval engine to facilitate sub-second CV searches using advanced Boolean expressions.

Functionality

TriSys is highly functional "out of the box" i.e. it can be deployed as an advanced CRM recruitment application with no customization thus providing a working system within a day of installation.

Customisability

TriSys provides a set of highly functional, easy to use, designer tools to allow the application developer &/or systems analyst to rapidly develop a highly customized recruitment or HR software application.
The customized system is assembled using graphical drag and drop form design tools for the user interface, entity builder for generating system entities, actions designer for workflow, query designer for views, report designer and finally a VB programming engine for crafting custom code and event handling.
The VB engine can access all of the internal objects used throughout the main application so that the developer can perform very powerful tasks using very small amounts of code e.g. generate a PDF report and e-mail it to a selected group of customers in about 5 lines of code.
VB code can be executed either interpreted or as a dynamic link library employing intellisense and interactive source code debugging.

Scalability

The TriSys architecture has been designed to be highly scalable to support very large databases and high numbers of concurrent users. It achieves this by utilizing a transactional model of database locking, permitting any degree of transaction control required by the application. By utilizing the scalability of SQL Server, and well engineered views, stored procedures, functions etc..
TriSys can scale to support hundreds of concurrent users with terabyte sized databases.
On-Premise, On-Demand TriSys can be deployed on an existing customer network or can be fully hosted through TriSys ASP - our application service provider system. TriSys ASP is a fully managed recruitment system comprising not only TriSys, but TriSys Web, Microsoft Office, Exchange/Outlook e-mail, antivirus, anti-spam, unlimited disk space and technical support.

Reliability & Resiliency

TriSys has been designed to be as reliable as the SQL Server which supports it. Actually, even if the SQL Server is not available due to system problems on the server, or network issues, TriSys will remain active until the connection can be reestablished.
