Back Office Course

Overview

Designed for the users within a recruitment company who process timesheets, produce invoices and organise payments and payroll who are new to the TriSys system or companies that have recently purchased TriSys version 7/8.

Prerequisites
 
  • Basic Accounting/Payroll Knowledge
  • Completed TriSys CRM Intro Course or have a good working knowledge of TriSys
  • Knowledge of Windows

Objectives

The course is designed for mid range users who wish to use the back office elements of TriSys:

  • Entering and editing timesheets
  •  Preparing placement documentation
  • Entering payroll/Limited company information
  • Exporting information to external accounting systems
  • Raising Sales Invoices and preparing Pay consolidation for export
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Reporting on Back Office Function
