Back Office Course
Overview
Designed for the users within a recruitment company who process timesheets, produce invoices and organise payments and payroll who are new to the TriSys system or companies that have recently purchased TriSys version 7/8.
Prerequisites
- Basic Accounting/Payroll Knowledge
- Completed TriSys CRM Intro Course or have a good working knowledge of TriSys
- Knowledge of Windows
Objectives
The course is designed for mid range users who wish to use the back office elements of TriSys:
- Entering and editing timesheets
- Preparing placement documentation
- Entering payroll/Limited company information
- Exporting information to external accounting systems
- Raising Sales Invoices and preparing Pay consolidation for export
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Reporting on Back Office Function
