• Attended TriSys CRM introduction course
• Knowledge of structured query language (SQL)

Objectives

The course is designed for sophisticated users or system administrators of TriSys who wish to extend the system to achieve the following:

• Design and layout data entry forms
• Customise and add new fields
• Customise actions and associated templates and documents
• Learn the TriSys SQL Server database schema
• Write TriSys SQL queries
• Integrate SQL queries with report designer
• Customise report column layouts, sorting, filtering, grouping and totals
